He brings the on-the-ground execution, the local relationships and the network a project of this scale in this province requires.
Dave leads technology strategy, the AI cloud platform, and customer and NVIDIA relationships. A serial entrepreneur and technology executive with decades of building companies and platforms from the ground up, he brings systems architecture, AI infrastructure and the agentic operating model that lets a small founding team run a project with this many fronts at once.
