Costa Rica
The 1 GW AI cloud campus that brings its own power.
Gigawatt-scale AI compute in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, on its own 6–7 GW solar array and 20–30 GWh of storage, energized on a procurement schedule rather than a utility queue, in a jurisdiction US customers can sign, with sovereign AI delivered to the country as part of the deal.

Four promises
Everything else exists to make these four sentences true.
Power we own
A 6–7 GW solar array with 20–30 GWh of storage supplies the campus behind the meter, sourced from the manufacturers who built Abu Dhabi's round-the-clock 5.2 GW plant. The national grid is a backup interconnect, not a dependency.
Speed we control
Because we own the power, the schedule is set by procurement. High-voltage gear is ordered on day one, battery line slots are reserved across three suppliers, and the first compute and power blocks energize together inside 18 months of notice to proceed.
A jurisdiction US customers can sign
Independent courts, no forced-access or localization laws, CAFTA-DR arbitration, no export-control restrictions on GPUs, Pax Silica membership, and a 2026 government commission for high-capacity data centers.
Sovereignty we give away
Costa Rica gets a national AI capability on trusted open models, free to government and citizens, staffed by graduates of a tuition-free technology university on the campus, and eventually operated by them.
The campus
One master plan. Every area explained.
The compute core and the energy park come first. Around them, a technology campus is master-planned from day one: sovereign AI, a tuition-free university, colocation, offices, a hub, hospitality and residences.

Luxe Compute
The AI cloud and the leased halls
1000 MW of IT load in a 1200 MW facility, built as 40 liquid-cooled 25 MW halls. We operate an AI cloud on hardware we own and sell contracted capacity; hyperscalers and labs can instead lease whole halls and bring their own hardware.

Energy Park
Solar, storage, firming, substation
The largest area of the campus and the reason the campus exists on its own schedule. 6–7 GW of single-axis-tracked solar, 20–30 GWh of containerized storage, renewable-fuel firming for the wet season, and a private 230 kV substation, all owned behind the meter.

Sovereign AI Zone
Segregated capacity for the national program
A physically and logically segregated 5–20 MW zone that hosts Costa Rica's national AI capability: government assistants, a free national assistant for citizens, and paid tiers for businesses and universities that fund the operation. Data resident in-country, models from the trusted open ecosystem, operated under contract for a Costa Rican foundation.

Luxe University
Tuition-free technology education
Tuition-free for Costa Ricans; international students pay. NVIDIA curricula, a peer-taught model, and programs in AI, data center and energy-park operations, software, cloud and security.

Luxe Colo
Managed colocation
Managed colocation for regional enterprises and governments that need a Central American presence without a hyperscale footprint. Private cages, full redundancy, cross-connects to the campus fabric and to both coasts' submarine cables.

Luxe Office & Hub
Class-A offices and a coworking hub
Premium office compounds for companies that want to sit next to their compute, and a coworking and events hub that is the campus's front door: startups, visiting engineers, the university community, conferences.

Luxe District & Living
Hospitality, dining, retail, residences
A pedestrian-first town center with a boutique hotel, restaurants and retail, and premium residences for executives, engineers and families relocating to the campus. What makes the campus a destination rather than an industrial site.
Learn moreThe energy park
Gigawatt compute needs gigawatt power. We are not waiting for anyone to build it.
6–7 GW of solar, 20–30 GWh of storage, a private 230 kV substation and owned firming, sized for a 1200 MW facility running around the clock.
Who this is for
Three doors.
I need compute
Contracted gigawatt-scale capacity
Frontier labs, hyperscalers and AI clouds: contracted GPU capacity on an operator-run platform, or whole halls under lease with your own hardware.
I finance or build infrastructure
Three asset classes, one campus
Power, shell and compute financed as what they are, with comps for each. The data room is where the numbers live.
I represent Costa Rica
Sovereign AI, free to the country
National AI capability on trusted open models, a tuition-free university, and a Costa Rican foundation that operates it over time.
